The Philadelphia Housing Authority sent us the following email on December 14th:

Good Afternoon HAPCO,

We’re sending this email to notify you that the PHA Owner Portal is still experiencing connection issues.   We are working diligently to restore the Portal and will send an email out once resolved.

We are currently working on a contingency plan for the outage and once it is in place I will follow up with more information.

We apologize greatly for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and partnership.
