This is Hapco’s once-a-year event, bringing together housing providers, property managers, real estate professionals, and industry partners from across Philadelphia.
We love seeing our members in person and meeting new faces. This event is open to members and non-members alike. If you are involved in Philadelphia’s rental and investment property industry, this is your opportunity to connect, learn, and get answers directly from the departments and leaders who impact your business.
All the key departments and agencies in one place for one evening. Ask questions and get real answers from the people who oversee housing programs and policies.
Featured Speakers:
-Councilwoman Katherine Gilmore Richardson – City initiatives and policies affecting housing providers
-Philadelphia Department of Licenses and Inspections (L&I) – Code enforcement, property maintenance and safety inspections, licenses for rental properties, and zoning/building compliance support for property owners
-Philadelphia Gas Works (PGW) – Gas service, billing, and landlord resources
-Philadelphia Water Department (PWD) – Tiered Assistance Program (TAP) and water billing programs that impact tenants and property owners
-Philadelphia Housing Authority (PHA) – Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) programs, landlord participation, and housing resources
Networking and Event Schedule:
6:00 PM – 7:00 PM | Networking: Visit vendors, meet fellow housing providers and real estate professionals, and enjoy complimentary food and beverages.
7:00 PM – 8:30 PM | Program and Speakers: Hear from Councilwoman Katherine Gilmore Richardson and agency representatives. Bring your questions and get the answers you need.
