With 80,000 registered rental property owners in the City of Philadelphia, couldn’t they all use the collective knowledge and voice that Hapco Philadelphia provides? We think so, and that’s why HP is kicking off a new membership registration drive. Thousands of Philly owners were mailed our new membership brochure this week, and thousands more will be receiving one this summer.

Between eviction diversion regulations, rent control rumblings and new city council-imposed mandates on the horizon, it’s never been more important for Philadelphia’s investment property community to come together.

Hapco Philadelphia, the largest organization of rental property owners in the city, seeks an Event Coordinator with expertise in real estate. Our mission is to educate our members in all aspects of the industry to elevate their skill sets as investment property owners and managers.

Hapco Philadelphia provides periodic in- person educational events and seeks a realtor, attorney, banking or other professional with real estate expertise to schedule relevant speakers and host up to four events per year.
