For many years, we were able to keep membership fees low because a significant portion of our revenue came from our eviction service. That revenue has decreased, and it no longer offsets operating costs the way it once did. To continue offering the services our members rely on, the annual membership fee will increase from $175 to $190, effective January 1, 2026. Members who wish to renew at the current rate may do so before December 31, 2025.
