Project Based Voucher Opportunity for Veterans!
The Philadelphia Housing Authority (PHA) has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for HUD VASH Project-Based Vouchers (PBV). This RFP seeks proposals to support project-based voucher assistance for homeless veterans in Philadelphia. These vouchers combine rental assistance with case management and clinical services provided by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
PHA is looking for qualified applicants to partner with them and the VA to provide housing for homeless veterans through this PBV program. The RFP will allocate up to 60 units under a PBV Housing Assistance Payments (HAP) contract to the most qualified proposal.
