The federal government has given PHA 900 new vouchers to help low-income families find affordable rental housing.  And the PHA wants more Hapco Philadelphia landlords to register for the HCV program

The webinar explore the value of being an HCV landlord, including incentives like signing bonuses, inspection self-certification, and a new, streamlined online owners portal.

Hapco Philadelphia has always advocated communication, education, and mediation between landlords and renters.
