More COVID Rent Relief Funds Coming To Philly. Apply NOW Before It's Gone!

It’s not a lot of money, but it’s better than what’s been available to Hapco Philadelphia rental owners this year:  Nothing.

The first batch of funds totals nearly $12-million dollars with more to follow.

It’ll likely be administered through the city’s PHL Rent Assist Program.

Funds are also being funneled through the Pennsylvania Emergency Rental Assistance Program.

Hapco Philadelphia Partners To Pass Affordable Housing Bill In Harrisburg

Hapco Philadelphia backed a new law that includes a menu of affordable housing tax incentives passed by lawmakers in Harrisburg.

The bill was sponsored by State Rep. Jared Solomon and gives local government latitude to offer tax incentives and abatements for improvements to affordable rental housing.
