PHA Portal Experiencing Connection Issues

The Philadelphia Housing Authority sent us the following email on December 14th:

Good Afternoon HAPCO,

We're sending this email to notify you that the PHA Owner Portal is still experiencing connection issues.   We are working diligently to restore the Portal and will send an email out once resolved.

We are currently working on a contingency plan for the outage and once it is in place I will follow up with more information.

We apologize greatly for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and partnership.


"Sally" is at it again, promoting HP Membership!

At Hapco Philadelphia, we’ve always believed in “strength in numbers” and the importance of growing our membership base. We’ve invested in promotional marketing campaigns to get out the word to Philly investment property owners who (is it possible?) may not be aware of the value a HP membership offers.
