Join HAPCO Philadelphia and Jumpstart Germantown for an educational session featuring representatives from the Philadelphia Office of Property Assessment (OPA).
This session will provide housing providers with a better understanding of the role of the OPA, how property assessments are determined, and what factors impact a property’s assessed value. Attendees will hear directly from the Deputy Chief Assessment Officer and Mass Appraisal Supervisor about the assessment process, how to review assessment information, and important steps to take if you believe your property assessment may need to be appealed.
