This session will focus on the new federal Emergency Rental Assistance Program authorized by Congress in December 2020 and set to open up in March 2021.  This session will include important information about how Pennsylvania’s program, administered though the Department of Human Services, will be implemented.  It will also have presentations from two counties in the South Central region that are receiving direct allocations for this program.  These counties will share their plans to operate the program.

Presenters include:

These sessions are intended for housing and redevelopment organizations, human service agencies, local governments, landlords and other individuals and organizations involved in providing emergency housing assistance during the Pandemic. The goal of these sessions is to share an understanding of what’s happening and best practices in the region.
