HAPCO Philadelphia Mourns Loss Of Longtime HP Newsletter Publisher

Bob Christian was one-half of the dynamic duo that put out HAPCO Philadelphia’s widely-read newsletter every month.

For many years, Bob and his wife Claudia created a publication that became a must-read for Philadelphia city councilmembers, as well as movers and shakers in the rental and investment property community.

After a long battle with COVID-19, Bob Christian passed away December 17th.

The HAPCO Philadelphia Board of Directors and office staff send our heartfelt condolences to Claudia and her family.

Out of respect to the Christian family, the January HP newsletter will understandably be delayed.
