Watch: Nearly 60% of Landlords Responding To Our Survey Plan to Sell Some Property
A survey of two hundred Philadelphia landlords asking about the impact of COVID-19 on their rental property business found some shocking results. Among them: more than half said they expect to sell some of their property within the next two years, at a time when the City of Philadelphia cannot afford to lose affordable rental units.
