HAPCO Philadelphia rental owners have provided the bulk of affordable rental properties for the city’s Housing Choice Voucher Program for years.
It’s been more than ten years since the Philadelphia Housing Authority has opened it’s low income housing waitlist. But it now says it has cleared a massive backlog of applicants and is inviting qualified low income candidates to apply.
