Due to the change in our Fiscal Year, housing assistance payments for April 2020 will be disbursed no later than Tuesday April 7th, 2020. If you do not receive payment by then, please contact Owner Services at email@example.com

Landlord Data Center
Owners can view all the information they need to manage their HCV properties through the Landlord Data Center 24 hours a day 7 days a week including detailed HAP payment records by tenant, status and schedule of inspections and re-inspections and schedule of upcoming tenant re-certifications. To access the Landlord Data Center visit the PHA website [www.pha.phila.gov|www.pha.phila.gov]
HCV will continue to accept RFTA’s for new properties and may be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once approved for occupancy, the Lease and HAP Contract will be sent to owners and property managers via e-mail or U.S. mail for execution and signature with the prospective tenant.
Effective Wednesday March 18, 2020, all regular HCV HQS inspections will be postponed, we plan to resume to normal operations on Monday May 4, 2020. Only Initial Inspections will be conducted.
HCV clients can utilize the following the alternative means of communication to conduct business with PHA’s Housing Choice Voucher Program:
