HAPCO Philadelphia Partners With Interfaith Group To Keep Struggling Tenants In Their Homes

HAPCO Philadelphia will refer tenants legitimately affected by COVID-19 to the Homelessness Prevention Program.

Philadelphia's rental property owners have been on the frontlines of the pandemic battle, helping renters stay in their apartments. And now HAPCO Philadelphia is teaming up with the Philadelphia Interfaith Hospitality Network to get tenants the financial help they need to catch up on rent and avoid eviction.

HAPCO Philadelphia members are being asked to identify struggling tenants and refer them to PIHN's Homelessness Prevention Program, which will help renters apply for COVID rental relief monies.
