As part of HP's continuing member education effort, board members have been attending candidate events to nail down where mayoral hopefuls stand on key issues facing Philadelphia rental and investment property owners.
Board member Victor H. Pinckney Sr., pictured above, was invited to attend a fundraiser for Democratic mayoral candidate Allan Domb on behalf of HAPCO Philadelphia.

HAPCO Philadelphia To Be Part of City's New "Landlord Gateway" Launch May 16th!
HAPCO Philadelphia was consulted by the City of Philadelphia to help create an online one-stop shop for rental and investment property owners.
It’s similar to HP’s new Digital Handbook, in that the Philadelphia Landlord Gateway groups together in one place all licensing, permitting, inspections, and other resources you need to stay legal and licensed.
The Gateway’s online system goes “live” May 16th.
While the May 16th 9am to 5pm in-person launch event at the Philadelphia Convention Center is sold out, more tickets may become available. HP will let you know.
